Who We Are
Kofa Dental Laboratory has been around before the age of technology and was the very first dental lab in Yuma, AZ. We have dedicated ourselves not only to Yuma but the surrounding cities as well, perfecting smiles, and building confidence for over 33 years. Every member of our staff is required to attend seminars to stay current on the ever growing and changing industry. Kofa Dental Lab only uses top of the line materials made in the U.S and are FDA approved. All of the work that is produced is onsite; nothing is outsourced. We are proud of the work we produce and 100% stand behind our final perfected smile.
Our Warranty
Kofa Dental Labratory (KDL) that all dental restorations are fabricated to the specifications set forth in a completed signed dental prescription provided to KDL by a dental professional. Furthermore, all products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied and may not be modified by any agent, employee or representative of KDL. This warranty is subject to change without notice.

Prices include pick-up/delivery plus one working model and one opposing model.

Please allow one day for pick-up/delivery. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays not included.

Remakes due to lab error will be furnished at no charge.

For any other changes the charge will commensurate with work required.

All accounts are due and payable within 15 days of receipt of bill.

A 1.5% interest charge for accounts over 30 days.
